To some a restoration consists of some body work, paint, and some cosmetic work. We at Elegant MotorCars it's not considered a restoration unless it was done complete from the ground up, with every nut, bolt and clip replaced or refurbished, a matching numbers engine whenever possible, and the recreation of factory caused inperfections.
